The role is responsible for building and managing the U.S. distribution channel and patient support infrastructure for cell and exosome-based therapies. This includes overseeing 3PL partners, designing patient journeys, and managing affordability programs to ensure timely therapy initiation.

The License Associate III will lead and coordinate the preparation, submission, and maintenance of initial facility and establishment license applications for drug manufacturing and tissue operations across the US, EU, and Japan. This pivotal role ensures manufacturing sites comply with GMP, GTP, and regional ATMP regulatory frameworks while supporting global launch readiness.
