Campus Compact

The Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the HEDEX platform, driving user growth through communication strategies, and fostering stakeholder relationships. They will also handle the operational delivery of the platform, coordinate event logistics, and analyze engagement metrics to build impact narratives.

This role serves as the operational backbone for member experience, managing the full member lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. It involves coordinating coalition activities, handling member communications, and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce.

The Senior Manager will lead the organization's storytelling and narrative change strategy to increase public awareness of Campus Compact's mission. This includes overseeing content creation across digital channels, managing PR and media relations, and supervising the Digital Communications Coordinator.
