Campus Compact

The Senior Manager will lead the organization's storytelling and narrative change strategy to increase public awareness of Campus Compact's mission. This includes overseeing content creation across digital channels, managing PR and media relations, and supervising the Digital Communications Coordinator.

The HR partner will provide executive coaching to senior leadership and offer ongoing consultation on complex employee relations and organizational dynamics. Additionally, the partner will design and facilitate staff-wide professional development trainings tailored to a remote work environment.

The Project Manager leads the planning, development, pilot, launch, and early adoption of the Virtual Member Hub, a new digital platform designed to strengthen collaboration across the coalition. This involves end-to-end project management, including vendor selection, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, and coordination with related platform initiatives.

The Director of Events will oversee the portfolio of events-based programming, leading the development of the overarching events strategy and partnering with program teams to deliver both in-person and virtual events. Key duties include owning operations, budget management, leading the annual conference planning, and supervising the events manager.
