The Senior FP&A Manager will own financial forecasting models and serve as a strategic partner to DTC, Amazon, Marketing, and Operations teams. They will provide actionable insights, manage the annual budgeting process, and develop business cases for strategic initiatives.

Manage the operational execution of eCommerce site campaigns, promotions, and new product launches using Shopify and CMS tools. Oversee site merchandising, SEO reporting, and A/B testing to optimize the digital shopping experience.

The Process Engineer acts as the bridge between formulation and contract manufacturing to translate product designs into scalable manufacturing solutions. They are responsible for optimizing formulas for manufacturability and troubleshooting production issues during scale-up and commercialization.

The role involves leading high-priority cross-functional special projects and managing business operations to support the CEO and leadership team. You will be responsible for driving organizational efficiency, facilitating decision-making, and implementing AI tools to optimize workflows.
