The Practice Access Manager will educate healthcare providers on BlinkRx services to improve patient medication access and therapy adherence. They will manage ongoing relationships with provider offices through proactive outreach and serve as the primary point of contact for prescription-related inquiries.
The Trainer will design and deliver onboarding and ongoing upskilling programs for provider-facing teams to drive script growth and conversion. They will also provide coaching, manage sales certification programs, and measure training effectiveness through performance data.

Design and implement robust testing strategies and automation solutions for complex, cross-team product features. Collaborate closely with engineers, TPMs, and product leaders to ensure quality efforts scale with product complexity.
