Architect and deploy agentic AI workflows and infrastructure to automate high-volume marketing operations. Serve as the primary technical liaison between the marketing and engineering organizations to build scalable, intelligent solutions.

The role involves reviewing hearing tests and fitting reports to provide professional recommendations. Additionally, the Tele-Audiologist will conduct occasional virtual appointments with patients.

The Account Manager will lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing training and education. They are also responsible for managing partner performance, handling support escalations, and executing growth initiatives to drive revenue and retention.
