You will own full-cycle recruiting across the company and build the talent function from the ground up, including sourcing strategies and automation. You will partner with leadership to define hiring needs and design a high-quality candidate experience.
Identify government and defense production opportunities by mapping part requirements to company capabilities. Coordinate the transition of these opportunities from initial discovery through technical evaluation and into executable production programs.
Develop software infrastructure and algorithms to transform raw part designs into manufacturable 3D representations. Build high-performance geometry pipelines and tools for geometric healing, simplification, and manufacturability analysis.
Collaborate across departments to enhance AI-driven design and manufacturing processes. Contribute to various stages of production, including software development, factory operations, and business strategy.
Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and orchestrate compute workloads across cloud and bare-metal GPU clusters. Build internal tooling and partner with ML and backend teams to scale infrastructure for high-performance simulation and factory automation.
Design and implement scalable backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines to power an AI-driven manufacturing platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance-critical workloads and maintain simulation infrastructure.
Develop high-fidelity simulations for thermal, structural, and material processes to reduce tooling lead times. Collaborate with software and manufacturing teams to integrate simulation pipelines into cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, account reconciliations, and the full AP/AR cycles. Support the monthly close process and partner with the Accounting Manager on financial reporting and process automation.
