Facilitate virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions and provide bi-weekly individual therapy. Responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.

The Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and manage treatment plans including medication administration for substance use and mental health. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and respond to medical or psychiatric emergencies as needed.
