The Referral Trainer designs and facilitates technical Epic and soft-skill training for adult learners to ensure a world-class patient experience. They collaborate with Operations to develop recurrent education for Schedulers and improve organizational learning within the contact center.

Responsible for processing internal and external referrals for ambulatory services, procedures, and medications. Duties include obtaining prior authorizations, scheduling patients, and managing communications via phone and online chat.
