Arcana Analytics

Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients to resolve analytical and operational issues on the Arcana platform. Coordinate with product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities and support client onboarding workflows.

Lead the onboarding and implementation of a portfolio intelligence platform for hedge funds and asset managers. Collaborate with clients and internal technical teams to solve complex analytical challenges and improve platform capabilities.

The Customer Success Manager will proactively engage with clients to help them navigate the platform, optimize workflows, and achieve business objectives by translating financial insights into actionable strategies. Key duties include providing prompt customer support via email and chat, collaborating across departments, and resolving client issues professionally.

The role involves driving inference optimization to achieve aggressive latency targets (TTFT below 400ms) for multi-step agent pipelines, including streaming optimization and multi-provider routing strategies. Responsibilities also include designing and implementing Plan-Execute-Synthesize agent architectures using Temporal for reliable orchestration and owning the end-to-end evaluation framework for quality assurance.

Responsibilities include presenting and analyzing data using charts, tables, and Excel, alongside interpreting financial reports and market performance to derive investor-focused takeaways. Analysts will also interpret factors like yield, price, and risk for asset merits and conduct deep quantitative risk modeling.

The Data Analyst will manage and analyze large volumes of daily financial data and design, implement, and continuously improve data quality frameworks. They will also build and maintain dashboards and reports for business insights.
