You will assess product surfaces to identify high-leverage design opportunities and lead the modernization of core developer experiences. You will partner with engineering to drive end-to-end solutions and set design standards that improve product usability and developer workflows.
You will design and own the end-to-end enablement strategy, creating learning paths and onboarding programs for the field team. Additionally, you will act as the connective tissue between engineering and sales, translating technical product releases into actionable customer-facing narratives.
Own and close new enterprise customer deals while identifying expansion opportunities within a global customer base. Educate clients on AI architectures and collaborate with product teams to align the roadmap with customer insights.
Own and drive the development of Trust and Telemetry subdomains, including OAuth/SSO flows and telemetry ingestion pipelines. Collaborate with product and design teams to implement enterprise-grade reliability and observability for GraphOS.
Lead complex technical evaluations and design multi-system architectures to help customers implement Apollo's supergraph and GraphOS. Partner with Sales and Product teams to resolve technical blockers and translate customer needs into roadmap improvements.
