Lead and support high-impact litigation focused on government accountability, transparency, and records-based legal strategies. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, presenting oral arguments, and collaborating with investigations teams to maximize legal leverage.
The Investigator will conduct complex research using public records and open-source intelligence to expose government misconduct and advance accountability. They will also draft strategic public records requests, analyze document productions, and create clear, newsworthy narratives based on their findings.
The Counsel/Senior Counsel will lead and support high-impact litigation to advance government accountability and transparency. Responsibilities include managing a diverse case docket, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and presenting oral arguments in court.
