AMERICAN FARMLAND TRUST

Lead the development and coordination of the Pacific Northwest Grazing Network to promote regenerative grazing and soil health. This involves recruiting grazing mentors, conducting producer outreach, and facilitating peer-to-peer learning opportunities for livestock producers.

The associate will support the Demonstration Farm Network by designing and implementing on-farm conservation trials and providing agronomic technical assistance. They will also facilitate peer-to-peer learning through workshops and field days while building relationships with farmers and agricultural service providers.
