This involves supporting the promotion and implementation of NRCS easement programs, providing technical assistance to entities, and developing systems for tracking land protection projects.

The Director provides strategic leadership for growing the organization's impact in California through program development, external relations, and fundraising, while managing a high-functioning, entirely remote team. Key duties include cultivating partnerships, advancing conservation agriculture programs, and supporting state and federal policy priorities.

This role leads relationships with institutional funders, including government agencies and foundations, and is responsible for identifying ideal funding prospects and managing funding awards throughout their duration. The manager coordinates teams to develop proposals and applications for grants and contracts to support the organization's mission and programs.

The Grazing Network Coordinator will coordinate technical assistance programs and manage Mentor and Mentee applications. They will also be responsible for data collection, reporting, and ensuring administrative compliance within the Climate-Smart Beef project.
