Lead the organizational strategy for prospect management, ensuring disciplined movement of donors through the pipeline and optimizing portfolios for regional relationship managers. Develop and implement prospect management policies and conduct data-driven research to identify high-impact fundraising opportunities.

The associate will support the Demonstration Farm Network by designing and implementing on-farm conservation trials and providing agronomic technical assistance. They will also facilitate peer-to-peer learning through workshops and field days while building relationships with farmers and agricultural service providers.

The Director provides strategic leadership for growing the organization's impact in California through program development, external relations, and fundraising, while managing a high-functioning, entirely remote team. Key duties include cultivating partnerships, advancing conservation agriculture programs, and supporting state and federal policy priorities.
