Customer Solutions Engineer: English / German (B2)
You will manage customer product questions and issues end-to-end while building integrations on the workflow engine to link with ERP, HR, and ITSM systems. Additionally, you will guide new enterprise customers through setup and translate their business needs into effective platform solutions.
