Develop and execute strategies to transform PJM wholesale electricity markets to support a transition to 100% clean energy. This includes analyzing market rule reforms, preparing advocacy materials, and managing market intelligence for members and policymakers.

The Associate will support various activities including meeting and event planning, and educating decision-makers about advanced energy. They will also track regulatory policy developments and provide insights using the Insight Engine software platform.

Lead TAEBA’s engagement at ERCOT, including monitoring and participating in relevant stakeholder committees and drafting written materials related to market rules. Build and maintain strong working relationships with ERCOT staff, leadership, and other key stakeholders in the Texas electricity market.

Strategize and manage state-level campaigns to educate decision-makers on affordable advanced energy solutions. Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, and advocacy groups to advance policy priorities.

The Director will lead engagement in MISO and SPP stakeholder processes to advocate for advanced energy technologies and market reforms. This role involves managing a team, building relationships with RTO staff, and developing policy positions in collaboration with member companies.
