The Training Consultant is responsible for delivering engaging software training to end users at community financial institutions, both virtually and onsite. They will collaborate with product development to enhance applications based on client feedback and develop comprehensive training materials.
Lead the operational administration of the Third-Party Risk Management Program, including vendor onboarding, risk reviews, and due diligence. Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure IT risk management activities align with regulatory and organizational requirements.
You will develop, maintain, and enhance client reports using SQL and reporting tools while providing technical support and subject-matter expertise in lending and risk management. You will also collaborate with internal teams to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through innovation.
