The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to drive mutual success, focusing on launching and growing new partner capabilities within an entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities include creating value for multiple parties in complex relationships and communicating with technical and commercial audiences through all stages of partnership development.

The Legal Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including customer service agreements and software licenses, while synthesizing key contractual terms and risks for leadership. They will also provide general legal advice across areas like Software Licensing and Human Resources, and support compliance efforts related to data privacy and industry regulations.
