Rob Levine & Associates is seeking an experienced attorney to work in its growing VA disability benefits practice. Our team is looking for an individual who is passionate about assisting one of the nation's most underserved communities our veterans. Responsibilities: As a Veterans Disability Attorney, your responsibilities would include: • Intake evaluation • Supervision of your own team of trained administrative support staff • Record analysis, legal research, and brief writing • Advocacy at VA conferences and hearings before a Veterans' Law Judge A successful candidate possesses a commitment to collaborating in a dynamic team environment, strong writing skills, and the motivation and persistence required to fight for deserving veterans. Qualifications: • A license to practice law (in good standing) in any state. Note: Candidates do not have to be licensed in Rhode Island. • Accreditation by the Department of Veterans Affairs. • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Veterans Disability Attorney, either at the agency level or CAVC. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401k with employer match, paid time off, and a performance-based bonus. Remote candidates will be considered.
