Trust & Estates Paralegal ( Full-Time) ( Hybrid in either NJ, FL, or NYC) Location: Hybrid working schedule in either their NYC, NJ, or Florida offices
Salary: $100K - $150K plus Base Salary -Plus Discretionary Bonus.
Must Haves: - Five plus years of hands-on Trust and Estate Paralegal expereince.
- The position is available in our clients' New Jersey, New York, or Florida offices.
- Responsible for handling all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate (knowledge of New Jersey, New York, and Florida probate a plus),
- Experience with extensive communication with clients, financial planners, and accountants, as well as preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary accountings, distribution of estate assets and trust funding, deed work, etc.
- Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must.
- Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word a plus.

- Experience with extensive communication with clients, financial planners, and accountants, as well as preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary accountings, distribution of estate assets and trust funding, deed work, etc.
- Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must.
- Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word a plus.
- Candidates must be highly organized, prioritize, be team players, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
- A college degree and/or paralegal certificate are preferred. A JD/paralegal candidate would also be considered.
