ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Towing Company Account Coordinator. As the Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the accounts of our towing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for our towing clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate setup of their accounts.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and dispatch towing services based on client requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, service agreements, and billing details.
  • Generate and distribute monthly invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor client accounts for payment status and follow up as needed to ensure timely payment.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, recommend additional services, and foster strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.


  • Prior experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the towing or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel for invoice generation and data management.
  • Knowledge of towing operations and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
