Job title: Territory Sales Manager
Mission: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for taking ownership of a designated geographic territory, building and driving a robust sales funnel, and capturing market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the data center, mission-critical, industrial cooling, and power generation markets.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable business opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through project award and implementation within the perspective territory.
Primary point of contact for assigned customers and strategic accounts.
Develop customer-specific growth plans and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Present technical and commercial solutions to customers, consultants, and executive stakeholders while providing market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with engineering, application engineering, proposal, and operations teams to develop customer solutions.
Need a good understanding and solid understanding of systems solutions for cooling in the DC and power markets
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
5–7 years of successful sales or business development experience within the Data Center, Power Generation, mission-critical infrastructure, HVAC, thermal management, or industrial equipment industries.
Proven experience developing new business and securing large project opportunities.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing complex sales cycles.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, cooling technologies, or related engineering principles.
Experience working with data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, power generation, or industrial cooling applications.
Established network within the hyperscale, colocation, engineering consulting, mission-critical, or power generation markets, with a strong understanding of the industry's decision-making process, key business drivers, and the ability to negotiate complex commercial opportunities.
Existing network within the hyperscale, colocation, engineering consulting, or mission-critical industries.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects and strategic accounts.
Familiarity with data center cooling technologies and emerging market trends.
