Posting Description

Who We Are

At Juno Search Partners, we believe the right opportunity can make all the difference. We connect talented people with organizations where they can do meaningful work, continue growing, and make an impact. Our approach is personal and relationship-focused, and we take the time to understand what matters to our clients and candidates.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of NFP Corp., an Aon company, Juno combines the feel of a specialized firm with the resources of a larger organization. NFP is a multiple Best Places to Work award winner in Business Insurance and a recognized Elite Agency award winner. With more than 8,000 employees globally, NFP provides property and casualty, employee benefits, wealth management, and retirement solutions to clients.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage full-cycle searches while building relationships with candidates and clients. Your work will include:

  • Source, screen, interview, and present candidates, supporting searches through offer and close.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, internal databases, professional networks, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
  • Build relationships with candidates and provide clear communication throughout the recruiting process.
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide relevant market insight and feedback.
  • Keep candidate, client, and search activity current in the firm’s CRM/ATS.
  • Support executive searches with research, market mapping, candidate materials, and interview coordination.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share talent, resources, and recruiting expertise.

Growing relationships is also an important part of the role. You’ll connect with prospective clients, participate in weekly lead generation and outreach, build your professional network, and look for opportunities to expand existing partnerships. You’ll also have opportunities to represent Juno at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.

What We’re Looking For

There are many ways to build the skills needed for this role. While agency or staffing experience is helpful, we’re also interested in candidates whose experience could translate well to search and recruiting.

  • Approximately 3–4 years of recruiting or relevant transferable experience, ideally in a client-facing environment.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Interest in both recruiting and the business development side of search.
  • Ability to navigate negotiations and challenging conversations.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative environment where priorities can change.
  • Interest in learning, developing new skills, and growing with the business.

If this opportunity interests you but your experience doesn’t match every qualification above, we encourage you to apply! We’re interested in what you can bring to the team and where you’d like to grow.

What We Offer

We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. Our PeopleFirst culture focuses on building and nurturing lifelong relationships with our employees because, at the end of the day, we exist to be there for others. The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
