A Brief OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for utilizing various sourcing methods to identify, pre-qualify, and engage potential candidates in the recruiting process. Communicates with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, and coordinates with recruitment to identify the most suitable talent from the available candidates. What you will do- Partners with Talent Acquisition on execution of designated roles to source
- Performs initial outreach and basic screening to determine a candidate's interest level and basic fit, then presents to assigned talent acquisition partner.
- Responsible for sourcing High-volume, common, or repeatable roles (e.g., Environmental Services, Security, PCTs, LPNs, EDTs, Medical Assistants, General Administrative Staff).
- Meets and exceeds sourcing performance metrics
- Performs sourcing using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Database, Job Boards and candidate lists.
- Utilizes a variety of social media channels to attract talent including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
- Thinks creatively about recruiting processes and procedures to help maintain a talent pipeline which will support our growth over the coming years
- Provides a stellar candidate experience and develop strong relationships with candidates
- Attends networking events to source talent, including job fairs, professional conferences and open house events.
- Develops knowledge of current marketplace and trends to ensure competitive hiring.
- Ensures accurate reporting and data management in talent acquisition systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education/Formal Training Requirements- Required - Bachelor's Degree Human Resources
- Preferred - Bachelor's Degree Business Administration
- Preferred - Bachelor's Degree Marketing
- Preferred - High School Diploma or Equivalent
Work Experience Requirements- Required - Human Resources 1-3 years
- Preferred - Hospital or healthcare setting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Ability to use recruitment and sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed RDB
- Utilize Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases to identify potential candidates Strong Social Media skills, including utilizing and leveraging Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, etc. to generate leads
- Tracking candidate activity accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Advanced time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community and with vendors.

Supervision Provided by this Position- There are no supervisory or lead responsibilities assigned to this job.
Physical Demands- The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
