Director, Change Management - JLL

What this job involves:

Lead and deliver fast sprints to large, complex, transformative client engagements that are creative, cost-effective solutions to help clients change and achieve lasting competitive advantage You’ll drive strategic change, process improvement, workplace strategies, or portfolio planning activities on project teams for key occupier clients Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.  

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead end-to-end change management strategy for enterprise-wide initiatives, including technology implementations, process redesigns, and organizational restructures

  • Partner with project leaders and stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and people adoption

  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify affected groups, anticipate resistance, and tailor change interventions accordingly

  • Design and deliver targeted communication plans that articulate the vision, benefits, and expectations of change initiatives to audiences at all organizational levels

  • Build and activate networks of change champions and sponsors who can advocate for transformation and provide peer-to-peer support throughout transitions

  • Develop training programs, job aids, and reinforcement mechanisms that enable employees to develop new skills and adapt to evolving workflows

  • Monitor adoption metrics and employee sentiment through surveys, focus groups, and analytics, using insights to refine strategies and address emerging challenges

  • Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions with leaders to strengthen their change leadership capabilities and equip them to guide their teams effectively

  • Collaborate with HR, communications, and learning teams to ensure change management efforts are integrated with broader talent and culture initiatives

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation leadership roles

  • Proven track record leading change initiatives for large-scale projects involving technology adoption, process improvement, or organizational redesign

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process, or similar approaches

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior executives and cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences and facilitate engaging presentations

  • Demonstrated ability to assess organizational culture, diagnose readiness for change, and design interventions that address specific barriers to adoption

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data and metrics to measure change effectiveness and inform decision-making

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, Business Administration, or related discipline

  • Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, or equivalent)

  • Experience working in the commercial real estate, professional services, or consulting industries

  • Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms such as ERP systems, CRM tools, workplace management systems, or collaboration technologies

  • Background in agile project management or experience supporting transformations in fast-paced, matrix organizations

  • Demonstrated experience building and leading change management centers of excellence or practice communities

Estimated compensation for this position:

100,600.00 – 195,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
