Job Description

The Sr. Talent Partner develops and leads specialized recruiting strategies to support both operations and corporate business functions. This role collaborates with business leaders, People Business Partners, and Talent leadership to understand the organization's talent needs, working together to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise on the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with leaders and the People Team to ensure effective job descriptions, screening, evaluation, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop strong business acumen for assigned business functions to recruit and source high-quality candidates.
  • Lead and program manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring.
  • Lead initiatives to promote and facilitate internal talent mobility.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including CRM, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Partner with Talent Brand to promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media and campaigns.
  • Leverage data to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment and sourcing efforts.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers and interviewing teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve experience, engagement, and efficiency.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Five years of recruiting experience supporting high volume and corporate roles.
  • Experience in program recruitment.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing passive sourcing strategies that attract diverse pipelines for current and future talent needs.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics and data.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues to determine solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • ICIMS ATS experience is a must-have.
  • Customer Service Representative (CSR) recruitment experience.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience.

Work Environment

This position is 100% fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in MST or EST time zones, although PST is also acceptable. The role is initially a 30-day contract, with a strong possibility of extension due to coverage for leave.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Draper, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
