Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate Operations is a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for collaborating with business partners as well as Human Resources partners to support the talent acquisition needs of the business. The Talent Acquisition Partner is held to high performance standards in order to maximize their ability to effectively and efficiently attract top talent in alignment with the goals of the business. This role will provide elevated and strategic partnerships across the Corporate and Field Operations teams, support critical hiring projects and provide coordination oversight of other recruiting teams that serve the business function.

This position is remote with occasional travel.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Consults and fosters strategic partnerships with business to understand and develop appropriate talent strategies to attract top talent.
  • Leverages resources effectively using a variety of sourcing tools and programs including job boards, social media, attending job-related events, and networking to build passive talent pipelines.
  • Effectively screens potential applicants against the qualifications as outlined by the job requirements and the business.
  • Meets with leaders and other key stakeholders on a regular basis to collaborate on optimal approaches to strengthen candidate pool, including robust Go-To-Market Recruiting strategies. 
  • Shares regular reporting and analysis of requisition history, candidate and market labor data, and sourcing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency and hiring manager feedback.
  • Conducts preliminary interviews of qualified candidates. Utilizes technology to coordinate virtual interviews as appropriate.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers and HR to effectively forecast talent needs in order to build proactive talent pipelines in advance of need.
  • Attracts and engages top talent to career opportunities by providing information related to compensation, benefits, policies and procedures, to ensure the candidate experience is positive and informative.
  • Negotiates and extends offers of employment to selected candidates. Facilitates the offer and partners with the pre-employment team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintains compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, including proper dispositioning of candidates and document retention.
  • Values professional growth and development by participating in educational programs, staying current on recruiting-related topics and trends, and participating in relevant meetings and information exchanges.


Qualifications 

 

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)


B. Preferred Qualifications 

  • 7 to 10 years in high volume field front line and/or corporate professional recruiting preferred
  • Elevated ability to build strategic partnerships across teams 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting critical hiring projects under tight deadlines
  • Able to provide coordination oversight across recruiting teams that support the business function, ensuring alignment, communication, and consistent delivery against hiring priorities
  • Strong curiosity and aptitude to learn new roles and disciplines

Normal setting for this job is: office setting.

The expected base range for this position across the U.S. is $100k to 130k.  This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
