The Talent Acquisition Manager partners with manufacturing, operations, and Human Resources leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies across multiple production, distillation, and distribution locations. This role leads a team of recruiters supporting both hourly and professional hiring while ensuring the business has the talent needed to achieve current and future workforce goals. You will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging workforce insights, recruiting data, and talent market expertise to drive hiring success and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners responsible for hourly and professional manufacturing hiring across multiple locations.
• Partner with operations leaders on workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and talent pipeline development to meet business needs.
• Drive recruiting and advising performance and behaviors through data, metrics, and process improvement initiatives that enhance hiring speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines through sourcing strategies, outreach, hiring events, and talent market engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing workforce insights, labor market intelligence, and recruiting best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, talent management, or a related field, including leadership of multi-site manufacturing recruiting.
• Prior demonstrated experience leading high-volume hourly hiring and professional recruiting within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing and developing recruiting teams while driving recruiting performance through data and analytics.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to manufacturing and business locations.

Preferred

• Experience leading recruiting transformation, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience developing talent pipelines through hiring events, community partnerships, or campus recruiting programs.
• Experience within consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, industrial, chemical, or related manufacturing industries.

The annual salary range for this role is $121,000 - $182,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
