Subject Matter Expert - AI Solution Architecture

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Subject Matter Expert - AI Solution Architecture on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in India.

Key Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in AI solution architecture to lead the design of agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients, including clients in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, telecom, and healthcare. 
  

• You will own architecture quality across engagements: how data, knowledge, models, and agents fit together; how solutions meet security and compliance requirements; and the standards and reusable designs the delivery team builds against.
  

• Architect end-to-end agentic AI solutions across the platform´s four layers, from data access through knowledge, models, and agent orchestration.
  

• Lead the design of multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and the LLM / SLM selection and fine-tuning strategy for each engagement.
  

• Define governance and guardrail designs: model access control, policy enforcement, evidence management, and audit trails for AI decisions.
  

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, data protection, and compliance requirements (for example GDPR, the EU AI Act, SOC 2, and HIPAA where relevant).
  

• Set and review engineering standards across deployments: architecture reviews, reference designs, and reusable asset libraries.
  

• Act as the principal AI solution design partner to senior client stakeholders.
  

• Mentor forward deployed engineers and delivery consultants on complex engagements.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Extensive experience architecting AI, data, or platform solutions that run in production in large enterprises.
  

• Mastery of AI solution architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, LLM / SLM integration, evaluation frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
  

• Strong grasp of AI governance, security, and compliance in regulated industries.
  

• Hands-on depth in Python and SQL and at least one modern application stack; able to review and guide real implementations, not only draw diagrams.
  

• Experience with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and contact-centre or CRM integration is an advantage.
  

• Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills at executive level.
