This is a hybrid role working out of the Cleveland, OH office or the Charlotte, NC office up to 3 days per week. This role supports the CES/Call Centers for Service and Delivery and both locations.
The Sr HR Generalist will partner with assigned AmeriGas field operations client groups on people related initiatives and develops and implements strategies/plans in support of advancing business goals in the field while partnering with UGI COEs to drive the HR agenda. Will also support a wide variety of projects and processes for the AmeriGas team including employee onboarding, organization effectiveness, talent management, and other miscellaneous activities.
