Join a customer-focused team where you will help expand our presence in the U.S. commercial aviation market. In this role, you will build trusted industry relationships, shape solutions around customer needs, and contribute directly to long-term growth across our aircraft ground support equipment (GSE) and tooling portfolio.   ⚙️ What You Will Do? Identify and develop new business opportunities for aircraft GSE across the U.S. commercial aviation market, including airlines, MROs, and leasing companies. Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including RFI and RFQ responses, bid strategies, and pricing input; partner with technical teams to meet customer requirements and budget expectations; and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Build and maintain strategic relationships with commercial procurement teams, contractors, and logistics decision-makers. Partner with engineering, product management, and operations teams to tailor GSE solutions to customer specifications and operational needs. Visit customer sites regularly to uncover sales opportunities, develop solutions using new and improved products, and gather feedback that strengthens customer satisfaction. Develop and execute short- and long-term business development and sales strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, evolving customer needs, and potential competitors within the commercial aerospace industry. Qualifications: 🎯 What You Will Bring?   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or program management within U.S. aviation markets, with a strong record of securing contracts or partnerships. Demonstrated success selling aerospace or GSE-related products within the aviation industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills. Willingness to travel 40–50% for customer engagements and industry events. Established network of contacts across the commercial aviation industry.
