Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote, mainland Portugal
Work model: 100% Remote (occasional office attendance when required)
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Spanish-speaking customers of a leading global entertainment streaming platform
Assist with account management and billing enquiries
Provide technical troubleshooting and guide customers through platform-related questions
Ensure timely resolution and a positive customer experience
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent Castilian Spanish and English at B1 level minimum
Fluency in Basque, Catalan and Valencian, or Galician (alongside Castilian Spanish)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic technical troubleshooting and digital literacy
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
Based in, or willing to relocate to, mainland Portugal
Previous Customer Support or Technical Support experience is a strong advantage
