Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently hiring for the position of Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Mercedes-Benz in Greece. This is a work from home opportunity, allowing you to provide exceptional customer service from the comfort of your own home.

As a Spanish Speaking Customer Service representative for Mercedes-Benz, you will be responsible for assisting Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high reputation of the Mercedes-Benz brand.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical support
  • Provide product information and recommendations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz models, features, and functionality
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service


  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and brand is a plus
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
