Job Summary

Cordatus Resource Group is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to support our marketing team in executing modern social media strategies for our internal brand and our growing portfolio of client accounts. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day content creation, social SEO/AEO optimization, AI-assisted repurpose, DM community management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, design, and schedule original monthly content calendars, including copy, graphic design assets, and short-form video based on the Marketing Manager's strategic roadmap.
• Apply social keyword research so content ranks in platform search engines and AI discovery tools.
• Utilize AI production tools to assist with content repurposing, batch video editing, caption drafting, and social media trend research.
• Help produce, edit, and format short-form video content and carousel graphics.
• Monitor brand channels daily, respond promptly to comments and direct messages, and maintain brand voice across all accounts.
• Designing native conversion funnels that drive sales, sign-ups, and lead captures within the platform (e.g., social commerce, interactive DM automation, and direct response messaging).
• Manage private channels to foster strong audience relationships. Tracking social attribution and qualitative customer feedback through social listening.
• Pull weekly and monthly analytics reports covering engagement, social search performance, and DM conversions to assist the Marketing Manager with client presentations.
• Maintain clean asset folders and client content schedules.
• Hands-on skill using AI workflow tools to rapidly repurpose core media into platform-native formats, draft copy variants, and streamline editing workflows without losing quality.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 02+ years of experience in social media management, internships, or agency execution roles.

• Bachelors Degree in digital marketing or marketing.

• Platform Literacy: Hands-on experience with native platform features and basic social SEO/AEO principles.

• Software & Tools: Familiarity with design tools, scheduling platforms, and basic AI tools.

• Core Skills: Strong copywriting and proofreading, high attention to detail, proactive organizational skills, and an eager-to-learn attitude.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency, with the ability to engage U.S.-based prospects professionally.

• Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours
  (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday)
