Key Responsibilities

  • Create an editorial calendar and manage up to client to plan out content and utilize saved pictures, blog posts, etc.
  • Posts content daily on Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube shorts
  • Manage DMs and comments
  • Manage LTK and links daily
  • Work closely with the developer to upload the blog posts, links, and pictures
  • Create and manage a project management tool (Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Meet weekly to review the analytics and what's performing well / not well
  • Schedule and meet weekly with client to go over the calendar, to-do lists, projects, outstanding tasks, etc.
  • Work closely with the graphic designer to utilize the Canva collages and templates
  • Organize documents
  • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, LTK, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong experience in social media.
  • A tech-savvy nature with the ability to quickly adapt to and master new tools and technologies.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate.
  • Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, platforms, and projects efficiently.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to all aspects of content and scheduling post daily Monday-Friday.
  • Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with potential to increase to 20 hours.
  • Central, Eastern, or Mountain Time Zone
