Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of In-Home Sales Specialists to achieve and exceed sales, margin, profitability, close rate, and customer experience goals.
- Drive execution of all installed sales programs within an assigned territory through effective sales leadership, performance management, and strategic business planning.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, conversion rates, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify opportunities and implement action plans that drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular field observations, ride-alongs, sales reviews, and coaching sessions to improve consultative selling capabilities and sales effectiveness.
- Establish a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement across the sales organization.
- Recruit, select, onboard, develop, and retain top-performing In-Home Sales Specialists.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans to improve individual and team performance.
- Partner with Store Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align sales talent strategies and performance objectives.
- Develop succession plans and build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Oversee service quality and customer satisfaction through regular review of customer feedback, site inspections, service provider engagement, and performance metrics.
- Ensure execution of a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and installation lifecycle.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer concerns and high-value sales opportunities.
- Manage relationships and performance of the service provider network through direct engagement and partnership with Service Support teams.
- Oversee project quote accuracy based on customer selections, provider measurements, permit requirements, and environmental assessments.
- Drive compliance with Lowe's policies, contracts, permitting requirements, lead-safe practices, and regulatory standards throughout the installation lifecycle.
- Obtain and maintain licenses on Lowe's behalf as required.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including outside sales, consultative sales, business development, or in-home sales environments.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing field-based sales teams and driving revenue growth through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed sales teams with accountability for sales, margin, profitability, and customer satisfaction results.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales professionals through direct field engagement, ride-alongs, and performance management.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, Microsoft Office applications, and performance analytics to drive business decisions and sales effectiveness.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales performance metrics, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability goals.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, with the expectation of spending the majority of work time in-market supporting sales execution, customer engagement, service provider relationships, and team development.
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in home improvement, installation services, residential construction, remodeling, or related industries.
- Experience managing service provider, contractor, or installation partner relationships.
- Experience leading teams within a consultative or in-home sales environment.
Pay Range: $116,300.00 - $194,200.00 annually
