Integrated Law, PLLC is seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: • Preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships within tax deadlines • Advising on transaction planning, including analysis of the issues • Managing and interacting comfortably with clients and assigned staff • Researching and advising on tax technical issues, updates, and developments • Researching tax issues, with related written analysis • Representing clients before the IRS and DOR • Preparing and reviewing tax projections Qualifications: • Bachelor's or master's in accounting • CPA licensed (active) • Minimum of 8+ years' experience in public accounting (or a combination of industry and public accounting) that includes working in a paperless and cloud environment, reviewing complex returns, researching complex tax issues, signing returns, managing client engagements, supervising project teams, establishing effective relationships with clients, billing, and business development • Experience preparing and reviewing federal and state closely held pass-through entity returns and their owners' complex high net worth individual tax returns (income from pass-through entities/hedge funds/trusts, complex investments and real estate, and rental activities); analysis of partnership agreements • Preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for trusts and estates • Familiarity with multi-state filings and intercompany activity across medical practices, creative services, professional services, manufacturing, and real estate industries would be helpful • Excellent communication skills • Proven ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback • Organized, detail-oriented, and good problem-solving skills • Ability to adopt new/changing technology; adept at using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tax software (preferably Ultra Tax CS) • Collaborative approach to getting work done, shares knowledge, and seeks knowledge of others as appropriate Additional special qualifications and experience a plus: • Law degree, Master of Laws, specializing in taxation • Experience with SurePrep Compensation: $165,000+ yearly DOE
