ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Sales Manager – Sales & Partnerships (India) manages the full sales cycle for the Company’s premium tickets, hospitality packages and travel programmes across the India market — from first enquiry through proposal, closing and delivery — and owns the Company’s partner and referral relationships in India. The role reports directly to the CEO, with a clear path to Associate Vice President and broader commercial ownership as the India business scales..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Conduct consultative sales conversations with corporate and HNI clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable packages
• Prepare accurate proposals, quotations and itineraries for tickets, hospitality, hotels and travel
• Achieve and exceed agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate, same-day records of all leads, activities and transactions in Zoho CRM
• Follow the Company’s sales processes, pricing discipline and approval frameworks on every deal
• Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure every confirmed sale is delivered exactly as sold
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients through to event delivery
• Ensure all client funds are received only into official Company accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with travel partners, agencies and referral sources
• Share market, competitor and demand insights with management
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience within a sports travel, sports hospitality or event ticketing company (essential)
• Proven track record of personally carrying, achieving and exceeding significant sales targets
• An established network across Indian corporate and HNI circles that can be activated immediately
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills at CXO and family-office level
• Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho preferred) and disciplined pipeline management
• Willingness to work Australian business hours from India, including evenings, weekends and holidays around major events, with domestic and international travel as required

• Commercially sharp, with the judgement to hold price and protect margin
• Hands-on and self-sufficient - builds own proposals, runs own follow-ups, closes own deals
• Strong organisational and forecasting discipline; reports hard numbers, not hopeful ones
• Discretion and professionalism when handling premium clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-value, deadline-driven environment

• All leads and transactions are recorded in the Company’s CRM - no off-CRM transactions are permitted in any circumstances
• All client funds are received only into official Company bank accounts - never into personal, family or third-party accounts
• Personal resale of tickets, external sourcing of inventory without prior written approval, diversion of leads or opportunities, and acceptance of any commission, rebate or benefit from any supplier, partner or third party are strictly prohibited
• All communication accurately represents the Company’s official appointments and brand
• Successful candidates will be required to acknowledge the Company’s Conflict of Interest Policy at offer stage, to disclose any existing commercial interests in ticketing, travel or events prior to commencement, to provide verifiable references including their current or most recent manager, and to consent to standard background verification.
