Senior Program ManagerLocation: Semi Remote, Washington DCDescription: Seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee all functions, personnel, and contract deliverables for Onboarding, Management, Engineering, Governance, and Assurance (OMEGA) Services. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in managing enterprise Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, or Appian platform delivery solutions.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities: - Oversee all functions, personnel, and contract deliverables of OMEGA Services
- Manage enterprise Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, and Appian platform delivery solutions
- Lead a team of 400 or more members on large IT enterprise projects
- Ensure successful project completion and delivery within budget and timeline constraints
Required Skills: - Managing enterprise Salesforce experience
- Microsoft Power Platform experience
- Pega or Appian platform delivery solutions experience
- Experience in program management
- Certified Administrator for Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, or Appian
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Education and Experience: - 24 years of experience with at least 15 years of demonstrated experience managing large IT enterprise projects with 400 team members or more
- Master's degree in a related field; 6 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience in enterprise Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, or Appian platform delivery solutions
