Job Description 

As a Senior Product Manager at Workleap, you will play a key role in bringing new value to our customers through our Engagement product in Officevibe. You will be reporting to the Director - Product Management for Officevibe.  In your role, you will seek strategic outcomes by deeply collaborating with your partners in Engineering, Design and Data.  You will work to understand our customers (through methods like continuous discovery, and qualitative and quantitative data points) and deliver real value to existing and new markets.  You will own and be held accountable for the outcomes you create for our customers and our business.  

In this role you will:

  • Contribute to the development of the overall product vision by applying your strategic decisions across the product. 
  • Lead and participate in a continuous discovery process (we adopt a continuous discovery approach). 
  • Continuously ship measurable value to our customers by partnering with Engineering, Design and Data. 
  • Work with product marketing on insights, key differentiators, and positioning for the product. 
  • Build, communicate and help coordinate GTM with product marketing.  
  • Curate, validate and manage an impactful product backlog and communicate impact, date, and value to internal teams.  
  • Ruthlessly prioritize efforts against overall strategy and business objectives. 
  • Continuously develop and act as a subject matter expert for Engineering, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing. 
  • Level up, mentor and be a role model for all Product Managers in the team.

Innovate with us on how we can help our customers further advance their active and passive listening skills to build the next generation of Engagement tools. 


  • 4+ years of product experience and building products and features, ideally in the HR Tech space. 
  • Able to analyze, validate and execute solutions based on solid data points = outcome-driven product management. 
  • Excels at, and coaches others on the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Product Management. 
  • Has a strong understanding of the fundamentals of business success (company OKRs and why). 
  • Able to detect and propose solutions beyond their core area of responsibility. 
  • Experience in driving customer discovery efforts (continuous discovery is a plus). 
  • Experience in supporting go-to-market efforts including sales & marketing enablement. 
  • Skilled communicator across cross-functional team. 
  • High empathy for your teammates and customers.
