ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced marketing analytics professional to join our Growth Data & Analytics team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for delivering high-impact marketing analytics solutions across the enterprise. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Analytics teams to define strategic objectives, develop key performance metrics, and implement enterprise analytics products that provide critical business intelligence for patient acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth initiatives.

This role requires a balance of hands-on analytics execution and strategic marketing measurement, leveraging business intelligence tools, SQL, digital analytics platforms, and statistical programming languages. Additionally, you will play a key role in establishing marketing measurement frameworks, attribution methodologies, and data governance standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency in marketing performance reporting.

Consistent with LifeStance’s values, every member of the LifeStance team is expected to support each other and the mission, which may mean participating in projects and initiatives and performing functions and responsibilities not specifically outlined in this job description.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Braze email and SMS campaign analytics, including campaign performance measurement, A/B test design and analysis, and audience and segmentation analysis to improve engagement and conversion.

  • Own Invoca call tracking reporting and conversion analysis, connecting inbound call activity to marketing campaigns and patient acquisition outcomes.

  • Analyze website and digital behavior in Heap (traffic, session quality, funnel progression, and conversion insights), partnering with Data Engineering on event taxonomy and tracking accuracy.

  • Support paid media attribution across Google Ads and other channels, including offline conversion measurement, to evaluate channel effectiveness and marketing ROI.

  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that surface marketing channel performance for Marketing, Growth, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Develop and standardize marketing KPIs and attribution methodologies across Braze, Invoca, Heap, and paid media to ensure consistent, accurate, and transparent performance reporting.

  • Use SQL on enterprise datasets (e.g., AWS Redshift) to extract, validate, and transform marketing, engagement, and conversion data for analysis.

  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Growth Analytics & Strategy and cross-functional Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams to translate business questions into analytics and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Independently own day-to-day marketing channel measurement and reporting, freeing senior leadership from hands-on individual-contributor analytics in the marketing channels.

  • Contribute to marketing data governance, including consistent metric definitions, audience and suppression logic, and data quality, in partnership with Data Engineering & Operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience (or Master’s degree with 3+ years) in marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, or data strategy, with a focus on solving complex business challenges through data

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and data visualizations in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for enterprise-wide use, with proficiency in Power BI required

  • 3+ years of SQL use on large, complex datasets to extract, transform, and analyze structured data

  • 2+ years of experience independently designing executive-level analytics and reporting solutions, translating complex data into strategic business insights.

  • 3+ years of experience independently leading analytics engagements with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, CRM, Digital, Growth, Sales, or Business Development stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders, align analytics solutions with business priorities, and drive adoption of insights.

  • Strong domain expertise in marketing analytics, digital marketing performance, customer acquisition, attribution, funnel optimization, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing.

  • Experience with marketing and growth analytics platforms across categories — digital/behavioral analytics (e.g., Heap, Amplitude, GA4, Adobe Analytics), customer engagement/CRM (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), call tracking (e.g., Invoca, CallRail), and paid media (Google Ads) — or comparable tools.
