Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $107,200 to $178,600, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $137,000 to $158,000. We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.
This position is "Remote" however applicants must live in the "West Region" (CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, ID, MN, WY, CO, NM, TX, OK, KS, NE).
Senior Land Agent - Land Acquisition Scope of Job: The Senior Land Agent - Land Acquisition will be primarily responsible for negotiating and securing land agreements in field-based land acquisition to support project development pipeline goals and support field based land needs for projects in implementation and operations phase. The Senior Land Agent is also responsible for land acquisition negotiations, assisting in obtaining curative agreements, developing, and maintaining relationships with local officials or stakeholders, conducting update meetings for stakeholders, mentoring other Land Agents, and project reporting at the direction of a Manager, Land Acquisition.
Senior Land Agent - Land Acquisition Responsibilities:
Supervision of Others: None
Working Conditions: 50% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 50% of time is spent outside of the office visiting landowners’ and/or internal customers’ sites in additional to attending various conferences and meetings.
Fiscal Responsibilities: Forecasting and reporting on the land acquisition budget for assigned projects.
