Randd UK, part of the K3 Advisory Group, are a market leading advisor in the field of R&D Tax credit claims. We are currently expanding our sales function due to an exciting period of growth and are looking for a Senior Business Development Executives to join our dynamic sales team.

The Role:

As a Senior Business Development Executive you will be responsible for prospecting and approaching potential new business clients across the UK, discussing their Research & Development projects and expenditure, and organising face to face meetings for our Business Development Managers.

You will benefit from full training and we will provide you with all the knowledge you need in the R&D Tax Credit scheme to be successful. This role plays a key role in accelerating the growth of the business by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients

  • Working from our comprehensive inhouse CRM system

  • Arranging appointments for our BDM's who have expresses interest

  • Deliver top-notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable customer experience

A bit about you:

Experience of working in a specialist R&D firm or other accountancy practice would be beneficial but not essential – We will give you all the training you need to get you up to speed!

We do however look for Candidates that..

  • Thrive working in a fast paced and demanding environment, you will enjoy working collaboratively, and will be ambitious and driven to progress a career in sales.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you have a natural ability for conversation and strong rapport building skills.

  • Strong attention to detail as first-time accuracy is essential.

  • Have a background in lead generation or appointment setting with the desire to progress into a technical sales role within the next 12 months.

  • Up to £40K basic salary (depending on experience), OTE £65k, however our commission structure is uncapped (Top performers can easily achieve £75k+)
