In today’s fast-moving market, publicly traded clients demand real-time insights and analytics into the behavior of their stocks and the overall market, and insights regarding best practices in engagement with their current shareholder base and prospective shareholders in the future.


In the role, you will be an integral part of our Intelligence Team, working closely with team leaders, investor relations partners, capital markets experts and tech developers to enhance our service offerings by: Leveraging our AI-driven platform ("Q") to automate routine data processing, allowing you to focus on high-value analysis and strategic outcomes, increasing efficiencies through the implementation of new workflow solutions; analyzing and synthesizing critical “need-to-know” capital markets data for clients; generating client-facing reports that are viewed at the highest levels in publicly traded organizations; advising corporate clients on equity and ownership activity; “thinking differently” to consistently innovate and adapt the service to the evolving needs of our clients; and, working collaboratively with divisions across the organization to make an immediate impact in improving our clients’ user experience. 


You will be instrumental in managing and maintaining client relationships, participating in strategic meetings with senior executives, and will receive intense group and one-on-one training throughout your employment. 



Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Advisory: Serve as the main point of contact for publicly traded clients (IROs and C-Suite), using our AI-driven "Q" platform to provide proactive, high-level counsel on equity and institutional ownership trends, rather than just delivering static data.
  • Drive Platform Adoption & Retention: Build and retain client relationships by acting as an expert user of our technology, ensuring clients adopt and see value in the Q platform to reduce churn and drive engagement. 
  • "Analyst + Q" Workflow Champion: Act as an "expert prompt engineer," utilizing Generative AI tools to automate routine data processing (earnings prep, script analysis) and focus time on high-value, strategic client interactions.
  • Remain fluent on market trends as well as on trends regarding best practices in investor relations, shareholder targeting, corporate governance, and shareholder engagemen.t 
  • Proactive Insight Generation: Move beyond reactive reporting to provide predictive insights and "need-to-know" alerts on market anomalies, trading drivers, and shareholder activism risks using our proprietary surveillance agents.
  • Serve as an extension of publicly traded companies’ investor relations tea,s; assisting in a myriad of ad hoc requests and providing support around critical deliverables, such as board reports. 
  • Accurate and timely generation of client deliverables in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment 
  • Serve as a valued team-member that is willing to partner with others across the organization in improving efficiencies and new-idea generation 
  • Commercial Growth Support: Partner with sales and marketing to demonstrate the unique value of our AI-powered surveillance offering, identifying upsell opportunities and helping Q4 differentiate itself as a purpose-driven brand. 
  • Serve as a senior leader on the team with training responsibilities for newer analysts while also serving as an experienced veteran resource for more advanced client analysis and escalation issues. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales team and marketing to drive revenue growth while also pushing Q4 to become more of a purpose brand.



Education/Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of relevant capital markets experience (strong preference for industry-specific stock surveillance experience).
  • Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets 
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs 
  • BA or BS Degree – preferably in areas of Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Computer Sciences


Skills & Qualifications

  • Superior analytical reasoning 
  • Proficiency with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to assist with drafting communications, summarizing documents, and streamlining daily workflows.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Enjoy working directly with clients and a dynamic team 
  • Ability to absorb and analyze large datasets in a high-energy, fast-paced environment 
  • Focused attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills 
  • Driven to expand knowledge and solve problems


Working Conditions

(OFFICE CONDITIONS: Non-business hours activities such as critical client events, escalations, and holiday coverage (this position may require after-hours, weekend, and holiday support as needed for earnings and/or emergencies.)
