Job Summary:

Engaging Salesforce Specialists to contribute expert insight and capabilities to a critical customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity emphasizes a high standard of written and verbal communication, enabling effective collaboration in a remote environment.

Scope of Work

1. Complete and review realistic workflows within Salesforce.
2. Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.
3. Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.
4. Use Salesforce Flow and automation features to support common business processes.
5. Manage and organize CRM data accurately.
6. Explore Salesforce features and identify common real-world use cases.
7. Clearly document the steps needed to complete different Salesforce workflows.
8. Review workflows and provide feedback based on your Salesforce experience.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
2. Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
3. Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, automation, reports, and dashboards.
4. Experience using Salesforce for sales, CRM, or business operations workflows.
5. Good understanding of CRM data management.
6. Ability to explain Salesforce workflows clearly and accurately.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required.
