Department Overview

Mission: Silvus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Sales Support Specialist to support our Global Sales division. In this role, you will be the guardian of our CRM data, ensuring complete accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all international accounts. You will act as the crucial bridge between our international sales representatives and the forecasting team, guaranteeing that the data used for global business reporting and revenue predictions is reliable, up-to-date, and actionable.

This position will be part of the International Customer Lifecycle team, working in a multi- cultural environment and supporting sales teams across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

This position is eligible for 100% remote work depending on location.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


CRM Data Management & Integrity


● Monitor daily CRM inputs from the International Sales team to ensure all account, contact, and opportunity data is accurate and complete.
● Conduct regular audits of the CRM database to identify and resolve duplicate entries, missing information, and formatting errors.
● Enforce data entry standards and provide ongoing training or support to international sales representatives to improve data quality at the source.
● Execute bulk data updates, imports, and exports while maintaining strict data
hygiene.

Forecasting & Reporting Support


● Partner directly with the Forecasting team to ensure they have the precise, real-time data required for accurate revenue and pipeline modeling.
● Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for international territories.
● Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies between sales activities and forecasting reports.


Sales Support & Process Improvement


● Serve as the primary point of contact for the International Sales team regarding CRM troubleshooting and data-related inquiries.

● Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current data collection processes and propose actionable improvements.
● Assist in aligning international sales processes with global company standards to ensure uniform reporting.


Basic Requirements

Candidate Profile:


Experience & Education


● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Data Analysis, or a similar data-centric role.
● Previous experience working with or supporting a B2B sales team (international experience is a strong plus).

Technical Skills


CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (preferably
Salesforce and Zoho).
Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization).
Reporting Tools: Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly
preferred but not mandatory.


Soft Skills & Attributes


Meticulous Attention to Detail: A natural ability to spot inconsistencies and a
passion for keeping information organized and accurate.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to
effectively collaborate with both technical (forecasting) and non-technical (sales) teams across different time zones and cultures.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying data issues and implementing long-term solutions rather than just quick fixes.
Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly
advantageous for supporting international regions.
