This is a fully remote position.

ROLE

The Sales Operations Specialist supports and optimizes Symetri's sales technology ecosystem, sales processes, data quality, and AI-driven operational capabilities. This role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Client Success, and Professional Services to ensure systems function effectively, data remains accurate, and business processes scale efficiently.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and process improvement experience with a passion for leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve sales productivity and business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Technology & Systems

  • Administer and support Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, and other sales technology platforms.
  • Manage user access, permissions, configurations, integrations, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Provide technology support, troubleshooting, training, and user enablement.
  • Monitor platform adoption and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize sales technology solutions.

Lead Management & Data Quality

  • Manage lead routing, assignment, prioritization, and lifecycle processes.
  • Monitor and improve CRM data quality, integrity, and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate records and data issues.
  • Establish CRM governance standards and best practices.
  • Support accurate reporting, pipeline visibility, and business intelligence through clean data management.

Sales Process Optimization

  • Support and improve core sales workflows across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Administer sales incentive programs, SPIFF tracking, and related operational processes.
  • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, documentation, and rollout activities.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive process adoption and operational excellence.

AI & Automation

  • Build, administer, and optimize AI agents that support sales and revenue-generating teams.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
  • Leverage AI to improve CRM data quality, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Create training, documentation, and governance processes to support AI adoption.

Documentation & Governance

  • Document systems, workflows, business processes, and business rules.
  • Develop training materials, SOPs, and enablement resources.
  • Maintain centralized documentation and institutional knowledge.
  • Support implementation, training, adoption measurement, and governance initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience administering Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Experience supporting sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Orum, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, dashboards, and business insights.
  • Experience managing CRM data quality and lead management processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools.

+

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with AI agents, automation tools, Microsoft Copilot, or generative AI technologies.
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience supporting sales incentive or compensation-related processes.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, lead management frameworks, and pipeline management best practices.
