Requirements
  • Experience in B2C sales or account management (call center, entertainment, or iGaming industry preferred)

  • Strong sales mindset with a clear focus on results and KPIs

  • Confident spoken and written English

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work with numbers, metrics, and performance reports

  • High level of self-motivation and stress resistance

  • Ability to multitask and quickly switch between priorities

Will be a plus
  • Previous experience in iGaming, gambling, or betting projects

  • Experience with outbound sales, reactivation campaigns, or bonus sales

  • Understanding of player behavior and retention mechanics
