Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our expansion team in Singapore. This role is responsible for driving our '0-to-1' market penetration by developing sales strategies, building merchant relationships, and achieving quarterly revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B Solution Sales, strong consultative selling skills, and an established network within the Hospitality sectors in Singapore. We welcome top sales performers from B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or commercial tech backgrounds!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in Singapore.
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with local merchants, key decision-makers, and industry partners.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including outbound lead generation, consultative pitching, negotiations, contract closure, and early account management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Product, Tech, Customer Operations) to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and solution integration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the Singapore retail, F&B, and hospitality technology ecosystem.
• Provide regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Represent Kody at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B Solution Sales, B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Tech Commercial BD (Experience in payment/fintech sales is an advantage, but not a must).
• Strong understanding of consultative selling—ability to translate technical features (such as POS integration, operational software, or workflow automation) into business value for clients.
• Existing network or strong connection with medium-to-large Hospitality (hotels), F&B groups, or Retail chains in Singapore is a major plus.
• Fluency in English with exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus for regional merchant engagement).
• Self-motivated "Hunter" mindset with the ability to thrive and drive results in a fast-paced, startup environment.
