We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing water damage restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and business development, with a passion for helping customers during challenging situations.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase leads, conversions, and overall company revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, plumbers, contractors, and other referral partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral sources.
Conduct sales meetings, establish performance goals, and track individual and team results.
Monitor sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and ensure opportunities are being converted effectively.
Train and coach sales representatives on lead generation, customer service, estimating, follow-up, and closing techniques.
Represent the company professionally in the community and at networking events.
Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through completion of the restoration project.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, restoration services, and insurance-related processes.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales or sales management experience; restoration, construction, insurance, or home-services experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment.
Strong customer-service mindset and professional presentation.
Ability to develop referral relationships and generate new business.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of water damage restoration, insurance claims, or property damage services is a plus.
