Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive cold calling approach to connect with top-level decision-makers at key organizations across India.
  
• Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs, industry challenges, and strategic objectives before initiating contact.
  
• Articulate complex value propositions clearly, demonstrating how our solutions address specific pain points and deliver measurable financial returns.
  
• Maintain accurate and organized logs of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline progress using our CRM system.
  

• Have a minimum of one year of progressive experience in B2B cold calling, business development, or outbound sales, with significant exposure to executive-level engagements.
  
• Demonstrate a proven history of generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings with senior executives for sophisticated products or services.
  
• Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport quickly during telephone interactions.
  
• Show competence in using CRM software to manage leads, track daily activities, and report on pipeline health.
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Indian business environment, including local market trends and standard decision-making structures.
  
• Exhibit the ability to work independently, manage high volumes of outreach, and prioritize tasks effectively.
