The Sales Director will lead large, complex sales engagements for measurement solutions within the UK government and public sector. They are responsible for developing commercial strategies, managing public procurement tenders, and building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.

When government agencies leverage the industry's best retail measurement and consumer intelligence data, they can adopt policies that are consistent with consumer behavior and most likely to succeed.
In the role of UK Sales Director for Government and Public Sector, you will be responsible for leading large, complex sales engagements across our portfolio of NielsenIQ measurement solutions to our existing and new UK government and public sector clients, with a secondary focus on non-profit and academic institutions. This role will pioneer the development of commercial strategies to renew and achieve new business, building meaningful client relationships, and ultimately winning large contracts and closing deals. The successful candidate will join an expanding global team of 6+ high performing and high energy associates. This fast-paced team is excited to have a new member join our group to build on the momentum we have established and deliver against lofty but attainable growth goals.

The annual gross salary for this position ranges from GBP 52.400 to GBP 96.000. The final salary level will be determined based on relevant professional experience, qualifications, skills, and internal compensation structures. We are committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity and make compensation decisions solely on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria.
In addition, this position may be eligible for an attractive variable compensation component with significant bonus potential, for example in the form of a performance-based or sales-related incentive bonus.
