The Role

The company is seeking a Sales Director – Financial Services to lead strategic enterprise sales initiatives across the U.S. West Coast market. This role will focus on building relationships with financial institutions, fintech companies, payment providers, and enterprise organizations exploring digital asset and distributed ledger technologies.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging executive stakeholders within highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process from prospecting to contract close
  • Develop and expand strategic relationships within financial services and fintech ecosystems
  • Identify and close high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Engage executive and technical stakeholders to understand customer needs and solution fit
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and solutions teams to drive successful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Requirements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Strong track record closing complex enterprise deals with long sales cycles
  • Experience selling SaaS, infrastructure, fintech, blockchain, or distributed systems solutions
  • Existing relationships within banking, fintech, payments, or capital markets sectors
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, tokenization, or distributed ledger technologies
  • Experience working with enterprise-grade infrastructure or developer platforms
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies
